In Over 30 Years, Ibadan Gets New Market [Video]

The Oyo state government appears set to transform petty and street trading to a more dignifying business with the provision of neighbourhood markets in various parts of the state.

The construction of over 1,000 shops located at the former Scouts’ camp site, Challenge area in Ibadan-the state capital, has almost been completed and will be opened for use in the next few days.

This is reportedly the first major market that will be constructed in the ancient city in over three decades. The last market was constructed in 1980.

Remark:
You don't need space travel, super computers, etc to sell garawa of garri, ata rodo, shombo, alubosa, and tomato. You need to keep it simple for simple maintenance.
