Plan for gridlock today...
Lagos is playing host to 3 crucial events:
(1)President GEJ opens a Plant on the Mainland.
(2). First Lady, Dame Patience is holding an event on VI in Eko Hotel.
(3) ACN holds its planned national convention on Island in Onikan Stadium.
Plan your movement VERY wisely. If you don't have to go out don't do it. If you can, leave your cars @ home & plan to close late.
This goes especially those who work or do business in the Island.
Footnote:
It would've be wiser if the Helicopters could be used to transport these VIPs. The Police and Forces are 'Ordered' to Close the roads for 2-hours before the VIPs passes, 3-hours while events hold and 2-hours to enable them return back. Beware, plan well for Traffic, Thurs, April 18, 2013
